Emerald Console, Shagreen
The Emerald is built around one of the most labour-intensive techniques in the PALENA collection. Its flared pedestal base is composed of individually hand-set shagreen leather panels, each one framed within a high-polished bronze grid that holds the composition together with golden precision. The result is a surface of extraordinary tactile richness, organic, granular and deeply warm, that catches light differently across every panel.
Above rests a circular tabletop of golden marble, its natural veining sweeping across the surface with the untamed energy of geological time. The warmth of the stone and the warmth of the shagreen exist in complete material harmony, unified by the bronze that runs through both.
