Services — Delivery

From our atelierto your address

A piece that has survived our production process deserves to arrive in the same condition. Every Palena work is packaged individually, shipped with full tracking, and insured for its full value in transit.

Our Approach

The delivery of a piece is the last
thing we control. So we treat it
with the same attention we give
to everything else.

Packaging

Each piece is packaged individually and specifically — there are no standard boxes or generic crating systems at Palena. The packaging for a dining table is designed around that dining table. The packaging for a chandelier accounts for every element of its structure.

Furniture pieces are wrapped in conservation-grade materials before being encased in custom timber crating. Lighting pieces with glass elements are individually padded at component level before crating. Each crate is built by our packaging team after the piece has been completed and reviewed.

The goal is simple: the piece that arrives at your address should be indistinguishable from the piece that left ours.

Key Details

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to all major destinations internationally, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Delivery is coordinated to your nominated address.

Full Tracking

You receive tracking information as soon as your piece ships. Our team monitors the shipment and is available to assist if any questions arise during transit.

Transit Insurance

Every shipment is insured for its full declared value. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we manage the claim process directly on your behalf.

Custom Crating

Every piece is crated individually, with packaging designed specifically for that work. No two crates are identical, because no two pieces are identical.

Delivery Timelines

Transit times vary by destination. For most international destinations, delivery occurs within 5–14 business days of shipment. Exact timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

Customs & Import

All necessary export documentation is prepared by our logistics team. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the client — we will advise on likely requirements at the time of commission.

Upon Arrival

When your piece arrives, we ask that you inspect the outer crating before signing for receipt. If there is any visible damage to the external packaging, please note this on the courier’s documentation before signing.

Once unpacked, inspect the piece in full and contact us within 48 hours if you have any concerns. Photographs taken at the time of unpacking are the most useful documentation in the event of a transit claim.

Upon receipt, register your piece using the serial number attached to it. This activates your ownership record and gives you direct access to our support team for any future assistance.
