The Palena Trade & Atelier programme is not a catalogue with a discount applied. It is a working relationship between our studio and yours — built around the specific demands of professional design practice at scale.

Trade members work directly with our team from the earliest stage of a project. We attend briefings. We review floor plans. We understand the project’s material language before a single piece is specified. This is how we ensure that every Palena work we produce for your project feels as if it was always meant to be there.

A tailored pricing structure for licensed designers and architects — applied across the full catalogue and all bespoke commissions.

Dedicated Project Contact

A single point of contact within our studio who knows your project, your client, and your standards. No brief gets lost in a handover.

Every dimension, material, finish, and proportion is available for adjustment. Our catalogue is a starting point, not a boundary.

Production Transparency

Regular updates on production progress, including work-in-progress documentation, so your installation schedules can be planned with confidence.

Bespoke Collaboration

For pieces that do not yet exist — we work from your brief, sketch, or reference to develop original works that integrate seamlessly into your project.

International Delivery

Coordinated delivery to project sites worldwide, with packaging specified for each piece individually and tracking provided throughout.

How It Works

Apply for Trade Access

Submit your professional credentials — studio name, licence details, website, and a brief description of your practice. Approval is typically confirmed within two working days.

Introduce the Project

Share the brief — floor plans, mood boards, material palette, client profile, and timeline. The more context you give us at this stage, the more precisely we can serve you.

Specify and Customise

Work with your dedicated contact to finalise dimensions, finishes, and materials. For bespoke pieces, this stage includes design development drawings and material samples.

Production and Updates

Your order enters production with regular progress updates. For larger projects, we coordinate production schedules around your installation phasing.

Delivery to Site

Each piece is individually packaged and shipped to your project address. Delivery is coordinated with your site manager and tracked from our atelier to the installation point.

Who Is Eligible

The Trade & Atelier programme is open to verified design professionals across all disciplines. Membership is not automatic — we review each application individually to ensure the programme serves the right partners.
