Forte Sofa, Eucalyptus
The Forte takes an unconventional approach to the sofa form, wrapping the entire exterior shell in wood, so that the piece reads as much as a sculptural object as a seat.
The continuous shell is crafted from premium Eucalyptus veneer, its bold and deeply striated grain sweeping around the sides and back of the sofa with dramatic, graphic energy. Tracing the outer edge of this wooden shell, high-polished stainless steel accents follow the curve of the form with hairline precision, their cool silver brilliance providing a sharp, contemporary counterpoint to the warmth of the wood.
Within, the seating is generously cushioned in light, textured fabric, open, airy and deeply comfortable.
