Venomous Vertical
Where the Venomous Horizontal spreads outward like a canopy, the Vertical descends, a single cascading bronze vine of extraordinary organic complexity, conceived for grand foyers, towering stairwells and high-ceilinged spaces that demand a vertical statement of equal scale.
The patina bronze frame twists and branches downward with the naturalistic fluidity of something grown rather than cast, its earthy, matte surface carrying the weight and permanence of aged metal. From these descending branches, hand-stitched goatskin parchment globes bloom at intervals, each one anchored by a matte black geometric cap that introduces a sharp contemporary note against the organic warmth of the parchment above it.
Near-invisible suspension cables preserve the illusion of a vine suspended freely in space, with seamless wire covers ensuring no raw detail interrupts the sculpture.
