The Affilato was designed around a single discipline: restraint. Its open, cantilevered frame does not hide its structure, it celebrates it. Every joint, every angle, every line of negative space is deliberate, considered, and load-bearing in both form and meaning.
In the Patina Bronze Edition, the frame is forged in a raw, matte patina bronze, a finish that carries the quiet authority of aged metal, of objects that have earned their place in a room. Light does not reflect off this surface so much as settle into it, giving the piece a grounded, enduring presence that deepens over time.
Against this industrial strength, the seat and backrest are wrapped in rich, dark Intrecciato leather, a tightly hand-woven surface whose intricate weave introduces organic warmth and tactile depth. The contrast between the rigid geometry of the bronze frame and the yielding, breathable leather is not accidental. It is the whole point.
